Nurro is a subscription web app for parents of children ages 2 to 4, offering animated, narrated stories about kindness, taking turns, good manners, and managing big feelings, with a simple one-tap mission after each story to encourage practice. It also includes a weekly activity summary and parental controls. Nurro is a progressive web app: you can use it in any modern browser, or install it to the home screen of your Android phone or tablet, iPhone, iPad or computer, where it opens like any other app. Every way of using Nurro, in the browser or installed, is part of the Service and covered by these Terms. Nurro is not sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play; your subscription is with us directly.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings, in one tap. Cancelling stops future billing. You keep full access to Nurro until the end of the billing period you already paid for. We don't offer prorated credit for unused time within a period, except as described in our Refund Policy.
Refund eligibility, including our money-back guarantee window after your first charge, is described in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
